PT/FT Teller (Member Service Representative)

Job Overview

At Firefighters Credit Union, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding financial products and services while creating a positive and supportive work environment. Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Teller.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Assist members with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Provide support to ensure smooth branch operations and member satisfaction.
• Help maintain accurate records and follow operational guidelines.

Schedule:

• Full-time: 20-40 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule during peak hours: Monday through Friday, between 7:45 AM and 5:45 PM.
• Rotating Saturday morning shifts. (1-2 Saturdays per month)
• May occasionally assist at other branch locations.
